Frequently asked questions

Account deletion

To delete your account, either email [email protected] or do it yourself from settings:

  1. Click the organization name at the top left, then Personal settings
  2. On Profile, under Danger zone, click Delete account
  3. Choose 14-day grace period or Delete immediately
  4. Type "delete" to confirm

Deletion stops the agents' computers and ends the subscription and credits. It cannot be undone. Projects, sessions and your sign-in are kept.
