プライバシーおよびデータ保護に対する当社の取り組みは、本プライバシーステートメントに反映されています。本ステートメントでは、お客様の氏名やメールアドレスなど、お客様を識別する「個人情報」を当社がどのように収集および処理するかを説明します。これ以外の情報は「非個人情報」です。当社が個人情報を非個人情報とともに保存する場合、その組み合わせを個人情報とみなします。
本ステートメントにおける SingulaComp の「サービス」への言及には、当社のウェブサイト、アプリ、その他の製品およびサービスが含まれます。本ステートメントは、本プライバシーステートメントを表示または参照する当社のサービスに適用されます。当社が連携する第三者サービスには、それぞれ独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
SingulaComp は生体情報または識別情報を収集しません。すべてのデータは安全に処理され、アカウント削除時にすべてのデータが削除されます。
情報の収集
当社は、次の場合にお客様に関する情報を取得します。
お客様が直接当社に提供する場合。
たとえば、当社は以下を収集します。
- 氏名および連絡先情報。当社は、氏名やメールアドレスなどの詳細を収集します。
- 支払い情報。お客様が購入を行う場合、当社はクレジットカード番号、金融口座情報、その他の支払い詳細を収集します。
- コンテンツおよびファイル。当社は、メールやチャットを含め、当社サービスの提供に関連してお客様が当社に送信する動画、文書、その他のファイルを収集および保持します。
当社は、当社の製品およびサービスを通じて自動的に収集します。
たとえば、当社は以下を収集します。
- 識別子およびデバイス情報。お客様が当社のウェブサイトを訪問すると、当社のウェブサーバーは、お客様のインターネットプロトコル（IP）アドレスおよびデバイスに関する情報を記録します。これには、デバイス識別子、デバイスの種類、オペレーティングシステム、ブラウザ、その他のソフトウェア（種類、バージョン、言語、設定および構成を含む）が含まれます。
- 位置情報データ。お客様のデバイスおよびアプリの設定に応じて、当社はお客様が当社サービスを利用する際に位置情報データを収集します。
- 利用データ。当社は、当社ウェブサイト上でのお客様の活動を記録します。これには、お客様が当社サイトにアクセスする前に利用していたウェブサイトの URL、当社ウェブサイトで閲覧したページ、ページに滞在した時間、アクセス時刻、当社ウェブサイトの利用および行動に関するその他の詳細が含まれます。また、当社サービス上でお客様が操作するウェブ要素またはオブジェクトに関する情報、サービス上でのお客様の活動に関するメタデータ、ユーザー状態の変更、および当社サービスの利用時間も収集します。
他者がお客様に関する情報を当社に伝える場合。
第三者の情報源には、たとえば以下が含まれます。
- 第三者パートナー。お客様が当社サービスを通じて接続またはやり取りすることを選択したソーシャルネットワークを含む、第三者のアプリケーションおよびサービス。
- サービスプロバイダー。当社に代わって行う業務に関連してデータを収集または提供する第三者。たとえば、デバイスの IP アドレスに基づいてその所在地を判断する会社などです。
お客様が当社に提供した情報に基づいて、当社がお客様についてさらに理解しようとする場合。
当社は、収集した他のデータから新たな情報を推測します。これには、お客様の可能性の高い嗜好やその他の特徴に関する情報（「推論」）を生成するために自動化された手段を使用することが含まれます。たとえば、当社はお客様の IP アドレスに基づいてお客様のおおよその地理的位置を推測します。

情報の共有
当社は、お客様に関する情報を次のように共有します。

当社のサービスの一部には、当社とは異なるプライバシー慣行を持つ第三者が提供するサービスへの連携、参照、またはリンクが含まれる場合があります。お客様がこれらの第三者に個人情報を提供する場合、または当社がそれらの第三者と個人情報を共有することを許可する場合、そのデータには当該第三者のプライバシーステートメントが適用されます。
最後に、当社は適用法に従って非個人情報を共有する場合があります。
情報の保護
当社は、お客様の個人情報を保護するために、物理的、業務上、および技術的なセキュリティ対策を実施しています。セキュリティ侵害が発生した場合、お客様が適切な保護措置を講じられるよう通知します。当社は、収集目的の達成に必要な期間に限り、お客様の個人情報を保持します。その後、法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、これを破棄します。
How SingulaComp handles your work
This section describes the processing that is specific to SingulaComp, beyond the general practices above. SingulaComp runs AI agents that hold your company’s context and act on your behalf, so it is worth being exact about where that data sits.
Your project is a git repository you own.
A SingulaComp project is a git repository holding your configuration and accumulated state — agents, skills, memory files, connector grants, and triggers. We process its contents to run the service. You can clone it, export it, and keep your own copy at any time.
Each project runs on its own isolated machine.
A project's sessions share one isolated machine that no other project uses. The machine stops when idle and keeps its files, so later sessions in the project can use them; only what an agent commits reaches your repository. A stopped machine and its files remain until you close your account, and deleting a session also removes a machine that only that session used. We retain session metadata and logs — timings, commands run, errors, and usage — to operate, bill, secure, and debug the service.
Content sent to model providers.
Running a session sends prompts, and the file and message content the agent reads, to the model provider selected for that project. Those providers process it under their own privacy terms. Where you supply your own provider API key, that relationship is between you and the provider. We do not use your content to train our own foundation models.
Connector credentials never enter the sandbox.
When you connect a third-party system, we hold that credential server-side and act in the connected system on your behalf. The credential is not placed on the session machine, so an agent cannot read it.
Runtime secrets are visible inside the session.
A secret you grant to a session as a runtime value is a real environment value on that machine, and any command the agent runs can read it. Grant one only where that is acceptable to you, and prefer a connector where one exists.
What agents do is recorded.
Agent actions — commands, file changes, tool calls, and the change requests they open — are recorded against your project so you and your team can review them. That record is part of your project data.
If you self-host, we receive nothing.
A SingulaComp deployment you run on your own infrastructure sends us no project data, no session content, and no usage. This policy covers the hosted service at singulacomp.ai only.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law. In practice:
- A project's machine and its files remain, stopped when idle, until you close your account. Deleting a session also removes a machine that only that session used.
- Project contents remain until you delete the project or close your account. Because the project is a git repository, you can export it before you do.
- Operational logs and billing records are retained for as long as we need them to run and account for the service.
- Deleting your account removes your personal information from the hosted service, except records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
